What we collect

• Account data: name, email, and shop details of account administrators.
• Shop data: employee, production, payroll and tool information we process on behalf of your shop.
• Integration data: information you connect from Tekmetric and QuickBooks.
• Usage data: technical logs used to operate and secure the service.
• Demo requests: the details you submit in our contact form.

How we use it

We use data to provide and improve the service, process payroll and reports, provide support, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

Service providers (subprocessors)

We work with providers that process data to run the service, including: Supabase (database), Cloudflare and Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Tekmetric and QuickBooks (integrations), and Anthropic (Emma's AI). Each operates under its own security commitments.

Employee data

For your shop's employee data, you are the data controller and Runtech acts as a processor, handling it solely under your instructions to deliver the service.

Security & retention

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (see Security). We retain data while your account is active or as required by law.

Your rights
