The security of your shop's data is central to how we build Runtech. This overview describes our practices; it evolves as the platform matures.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and stored on infrastructure that applies encryption at rest.
The platform is multi-tenant: each shop's data is isolated by shop identifier and queries are scoped accordingly, so one shop never sees another's data.
Access uses secure authentication with per-subdomain sessions. Internal access to production systems is limited on a least-privilege basis.
We run on established providers (Supabase, Cloudflare, Vercel) that maintain their own security programs and certifications. See the subprocessor list in our Privacy Policy.
