These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Runtech platform, operated by Rivera's Investments LLC ("Runtech", "we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these Terms.
Runtech is a shop-management platform that integrates with third-party systems (such as Tekmetric and QuickBooks) to automate payroll, tools, training and reporting. The service is currently in private pilot and may change as we develop it.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
During the private pilot, commercial terms are agreed separately. Posted prices may change before general availability. There are no lock-in contracts; you may cancel at any time as agreed.
You may not use the service unlawfully, to breach security, to access data that is not yours, or to interfere with the operation of the platform.
The service relies on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those services, which are governed by their own terms.
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your shop's data and grant us a limited license to operate the service.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runtech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the service as agreed. We may suspend access for breaches of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
